WBS Analytics AI provides enterprise AI, data analytics and consulting services. My focus was improving the website's usability, content hierarchy and overall user experience.

Communicate complex AI services in a simple, engaging way while helping visitors easily navigate the website and request consultations.
User Journey
Mapped how business users discover services, learn about solutions and move toward contacting the company. I then use the opportunities to inform the design and set key metrics
Content Simplification
Reorganised service pages, improved navigation and simplified technical language to create a clearer experience.
Wireframes & Structure
Created low-fidelity wireframes to validate layouts, improve hierarchy and optimise user flow before moving into UI design.
Final Design
The final interface presents AI services with a clean visual hierarchy, responsive layouts and accessible design patterns that improve clarity and trust.
Outcome
The redesigned experience makes enterprise AI services easier to understand, improves navigation and creates a more professional first impression for potential clients.
